Location: The KJC Ranch is located in McCulloch county approximately 20 miles North of Brady, Texas. It is accessed off of County Road 300 near Lohn, Texas.

There are also three good sized ponds that are supplied by the well and stay mostly full year round. The East Fork of Cow Creek is located on the ranch and runs through a good portion of the property. There are generally small holding pools of water scattered throughout the creek.
